- Is your Realtor prepared with the knowledge and reports to successfully negotiate a sale for the property you seek?
- Does your Realtor have access to a professional Transaction Services team that is able to oversee all the paperwork associated with a transaction?
- Is your Realtor part of a well-established, successful relocation and referral network that is prepared to assist you in your relocation?
- Does your Realtor listen and show a personal commitment to your specific needs?
